WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT: letting our body express through movement is the most natural form of resourcing, and traditionally we have always gathered to move to music - for our own rhythms, for our own ceremony, for our own expression (ie, never for the "gazes of others") - and it's a return to a very primal need to be able to do this

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT: stillness is highly nourishing - if and when it is intentional (ie, not a form of sedentary numbing). While being still, we explore different guided meditations to enhance our ability to sense, create, and be with the sensations and feelings of Resource, while witnessing how those sensations and feelings alter our body state and body/mind/emotion responses. This is an "upward spiral" feedback loop!
Resourcing Journal / Tracker
WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT: every training/discussion video leaves you with homework and some tips/suggestions for how to play with and explore what is ACTUALLY resourcing to your system. It's important to have a way to track what you've tried, how easy it was to incorporate into your day, and what kind of effect it had on your system.
Emotion Meditation Exercise: a recording of the exact practice I use that allowed me (and my system) to learn how to really BE WITH any emotion or sensation that is alive in my body.
WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT: as your body becomes more resourced, it will automatically be able to (and will!) start to process any experiences that are as yet unresolved in your system. (ie, this can show up as feelings of sadness, grief, anger, frustration, doubt, shame... all those feelz you have until now learned you can't let yourself meet or experience.) Do not fear - your body will never put itself into overwhelm! - AND, it can be helpful to have a practice in place to support yourself when this happens.
